Jamie is a compassionate and lively Occupational Therapist who is passionate about children’s mental health and physical well-being. She graduated from the Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and has been part of the Occupational Therapy Helping Children’s team since 2018.
Her passion for peadiatrics was nurtured by her upbringing in a large European family, which instilled in her the value of collaborative work with families. This admiration has now become an integral aspect of Jamie’s practice, as she places great importance on fostering strong therapeutic relationships among clients, parents, and therapists.
As one of our clinical supervisors, Jamie completed Michelle Bihary’s Professional Supervision course. Her goal is to provide customised professional development not only for her supervisees but also to leverage this knowledge to empower families in achieving their therapeutic objectives.
Beyond her professional life, Jamie’s strong family orientation is evident in how she spends her weekends. You’ll often find her enjoying quality time with her family and friends, actively participating in her local Croatian community’s sporting and cultural events.
