Occupational Therapy Helping Children is a growing practice that provides dynamic and progressive pathways for children and their families.
We regularly recruit Occupational Therapists & Allied Health assistants who are passionate about working with paediatrics and share our company values of empowerment, connection, innovation, wholistic and integrity.
We are proud of our history as one of the pioneering private practices in Sydney. We consider ourselves a practice that offers our clients and their families a supportive, innovative and collaborative approach to their therapy. We offer a broad range of innovative, evidence based services, in our purpose built clinic at Frenchs Forest, in the community and via telehealth.
Occupational Therapy Helping Children is only as strong as our team, so we value every member. Our team is dedicated, motivated, productive and focused on helping each other out, as well as our clients. As a team member, your ideas and contribution to the team will be highly valued.
Our training is tailored to each of our Occupational Therapists, from one-on-one weekly supervision sessions, fortnightly team inservices and a generous annual continuing education budget. We conduct performance appraisals every 12 months. As part of our team, we will work together to develop your unique personal and professional development plan.
As a company that is committed to learning and excellence, it is important to us that our team members have career pathways and the opportunity for advancement whilst they are working with us. We have a detailed career pathway for all team members. Our pay system is one of the best around, with plenty of scope to align your efforts with remuneration.
We have an innovative onboarding process and support system. From the day you decide to join us, you will feel part of our team and will be supported, trained and guided by the people around you, every step of the way. We have an Employee Assistance Program in place and hold regular social events.
Our commitment is to share clinical excellence; our New PossibilOT's course is a testament to our commitment to educate OTs working with children and families. We can't wait to have you in the room with us. In addition to OT training, we also provide regular training on sensory processing, feeding, handwriting and a range of other issues to parents and teachers.
